Noa Lavi, leader of multilinguals in Israel – a community of foreign language speakers in Israel

Last year I got an e-mail from a team member in Comonetize, offering me to check out their product for my community. I was running the community for a few years with about 40,000 members, and I was constantly searching for new ways to monetize it because it took time and effort to maintain and moderate this activity.

Comonetize is a great income source for me and the fact that I now have a website with thousands of users that are filtered by their languages and skills, I attract many recruiters that publish job ads and projects and they do it over and over again.

My Facebook group still exists and I still let recruiters post their jobs there, but when I offer them to post it on the board (they pay about 20$ to post the position) they understand the value and they are very satisfied with the service.  While on the Facebook group I may have only one job ad promoted and attached to the top, on the website I may do it for several ads at the same time.

I also have a premium membership program, in which the premium members get early access to jobs and projects. They pay about 7$ a month.  Dozens have subscribed by now.
